Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure. Think you can do it? You bet you can!
Choose to walk or run 1K or 5K - it’s easier than you might think.
If you’ve never participated in a charity run, it might seem a little daunting. Images of young, fit, runners clad in body-hugging, sweat-wicking spandex often come to mind. And yes, avid runners do participate in the CIBC Run for the Cure. But so do average non-running Joes like you and me.

Tens of thousands of people across Canada participate in the CIBC Run for the Cure each year. And they certainly don’t do it for the race. They come out to show their support for the women in their lives who have inspired and influenced them. It is a day to celebrate life as we come together in support of a cure. If you want to participate but are on the fence about what type of commitment is involved, here’s a little perspective.

Still think you can’t do it? Join the CIBC Run for the Cure now and help us create a future without breast cancer.
